This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create comprehensive solution architectures for AI Agent implementations, detailing how Parloa's platform connects with clients' enterprise systems such as CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, and contact center platforms.
• Develop and set up integrations using integration platforms and APIs, leveraging systems thinking to address intricate, multi-system data flows.
• Work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers on complex or tailored integration scenarios that extend beyond standard integration capabilities.
• Utilize structured testing methodologies to verify architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance in real-world scenarios.
• Identify and resolve obstacles in collaboration with other departments at Parloa (e.g., Product, Solution Engineering, Sales) and clients.
• Define the scope of AI Agent implementations, offering strategic architectural insights and execution support to clients and partners.
• Leverage your understanding of LLM internals (e.g., embeddings) to assess client needs and craft prompts for dependable, user-aligned agent behavior.
• Convert intricate client workflows into structured conversational components that LLMs can reliably execute.
• Optimize conversational flows and voice outputs (e.g., SSML, Lexicons, Regex) to ensure alignment with customer brand standards.
• Document best practices, how-to guides, and product capabilities for both internal and external audiences, showcasing the expertise of the Agent Architect team.
• Over 3 years of experience in enterprise customer-facing positions.
• Strong systems thinking abilities, demonstrated through a history of resolving complex technical issues across various systems and data sources.
• Experience with large-scale SaaS implementations (CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms, ticketing systems).
• Proficient in REST API design, JSON/XML data formats, API testing tools (e.g., Postman), and API authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, JWT).
• Familiarity with reading and utilizing API documentation across enterprise SaaS platforms, including data transformation and field mapping logic.
• Analytical and critical thinker with a strong background in risk assessment and problem resolution.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with a dedication to achieving milestones and effective communication.
• An entrepreneurial mindset characterized by initiative, results orientation, and the ability to spot impactful opportunities.
• Capability to assess client requirements and transform them into LLM prompts and conversational flows, with a focus on subtle conversational nuances and A/B testing to evaluate agent performance.
• Previous experience in conversation design, prompt engineering (e.g., chain-of-thought, few-shot learning), or A/B testing is advantageous but not mandatory - training will be provided.
