Senior Agent Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Serve as a solution architect for the deployment of enterprise AI Agents.

• Design comprehensive system architectures that link Parloa's platform with intricate environments.

• Address challenges related to multi-system integration.

• Develop the conversational experience layer through effective prompt engineering.

• Construct and set up integrations utilizing integration platforms and APIs.

• Work collaboratively with engineers on intricate integration scenarios.

• Validate the architecture, ensure integration reliability, and assess AI agent performance.

• Identify and resolve obstacles alongside internal departments and clients.

• Define the scope of AI Agent deployments.

• Create documentation for best practices, how-to guides, and product capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in roles that engage with enterprise customers.

• Strong systems thinking ability, evidenced by a history of resolving complex technical issues.

• Experience with extensive SaaS implementations.

• Proficient in REST API design, as well as JSON/XML data formats and API testing tools.

• Familiarity with reading and utilizing API documentation.

• Analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on risk assessment and problem resolution.

• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

• Ability to interpret customer requirements and convert them into LLM prompts.

• Proficiency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
