Senior Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Partner Acquisition & Growth: Discover, recruit, and onboard top-tier SEO affiliates and media buying teams.

• Strategic Negotiations: Develop and finalize competitive CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid agreements that align with the company's ROI objectives.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting partnerships with current affiliates, ensuring they have the necessary tools and incentives to grow.

• Performance Optimization: Examine traffic data to enhance ROI, focusing on high-quality player acquisition and sustained value.

• Quality Control: Actively monitor traffic quality, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and anti-fraud measures.

• Ecosystem Integration: Collaborate closely with BI, CRM, and Product teams to enhance conversion funnels and increase player retention.

• GEO Expansion: Quickly expand SEO traffic in key target markets, including DACH, CA, IT, SG, MY, PH, TR, Morocco, and the UK.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in iGaming affiliate marketing.

• The Network: You should possess an established, active network of SEO affiliates and webmasters.

• GEO Expertise: Demonstrated success in navigating various markets, from the stringent regulations of the UK/Italy to the rapidly growing regions of Southeast Asia (SG, MY, PH) and LATAM/MENA.

• Analytical Rigor: Comprehensive understanding of SEO metrics and proficiency in utilizing tracking platforms/analytics tools to assess traffic quality.

• Deal Making: Advanced negotiation skills with an emphasis on creating win-win partnership agreements.

• Languages: Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or above.

• Adaptability: Thrives in a high-pressure, performance-oriented environment where speed and accuracy are paramount.
