This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Collaborate closely with our prospects to:
• Conduct both virtual and in-person technical demonstrations.
• Implement proof-of-value installations.
• Facilitate technical training sessions informed by POV findings.
• Assist in marketing initiatives, conferences, and speaking engagements.
• Effectively and clearly address the needs of our prospects through strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excel in a team-oriented environment by making significant individual contributions while collaborating with and enhancing teammates.
• Engage in critical thinking across the sales process, customer support, troubleshooting, and the development of new use cases for both internal and external audiences.
• Create documentation tailored for prospects.
• Expected to travel approximately 40% of the time, though this may vary by region.
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical roles (e.g., SE, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect), preferably with a Cyber Security vendor.
• At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing or customer support roles.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects and achieving successful results.
• Experience in closing intricate cyber security SaaS solutions with Enterprise Customers and supporting Sales Account Executives and Regional Sales Managers.
• Background in healthcare or experience in the healthcare/clinical vertical is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following areas:
• IoT, OT, IoMT
• Wireless technologies (WLCs, Meraki, Aruba, etc.)
• Linux Operating Systems
• Virtualized environments
• Network knowledge
• Utility Scripting (Python preferred)
