This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across various functions including product, pipeline strategy, and formulary consulting to educate, create, and drive key risk drivers through Underwriting.

• Develop and propose rebate optimization strategies with a focus on long-term financial implications.

• Review and validate intricate rebate models, summarizing essential assumptions and outcomes for senior leadership and Pricing Committees.

• Analyze client data and model financial scenarios in alignment with enterprise and departmental objectives.

• Create formulary models tailored to specific clients.

• Work alongside Clinical Account Executives to ensure that modeling accurately reflects utilization management programs and contractual obligations.

• Establish and uphold best practices and SOPs for the introduction of new drugs, products, and initiatives to the market.

• Collaborate with Sales & Account Management and Underwriting to assess client financials, rebate strategies, and options for renewal.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or a related field is required; a Pharmacy degree or Pharm.D is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.

• Strong analytical abilities, financial modeling expertise, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with databases is preferred.

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical rebate contracts is an advantage.

• Demonstrated capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
