Senior Advisor, Operational Risks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients and partners to assist them in positioning, planning, developing, executing, and monitoring strategic projects and initiatives.

• Create and revise policies, standards, models, and programs to bolster your unit’s strategic projects and initiatives.

• Identify, analyze, and diagnose significant issues while offering recommendations to decision-making entities.

• Act as a representative of your unit in front of decision-making bodies.

• Advocate for Desjardins’s position during negotiations with external partners and organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• At least six years of pertinent experience.

• Proficiency in French is mandatory.
