
Senior Advisor, Enterprise CX Strategic Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Assist in the development, enhancement, and management of the enterprise customer experience strategy.
• Conduct thorough strategic analyses utilizing qualitative and quantitative data, research, performance trends, and outcomes of initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with various Business Units (USE, PBS, and Accredo) to synchronize CX priorities.
• Evaluate advancement against enterprise CX priorities from a strategic viewpoint.
• Facilitate ongoing monitoring of CX strategy implementation by supervising the analysis of metrics.
• Create clear and concise materials to support discussions at the senior leader and Board levels.
• Collaborate with Competitive Intelligence, Marketing, and enterprise stakeholders to guide innovation initiatives.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in customer experience, strategy, transformation, consulting, product, or related enterprise roles.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging data, insights, and evidence to shape strategy and deliver data-driven insights that inform prioritization and decision-making.
• Strong capability to blend qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear, prioritized, and decision-ready perspectives for leadership.
• Excellent collaborative and influencing skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in highly matrixed organizations without formal authority.
• Proven ability to achieve results, converting strategic direction into actionable steps, execution, and follow-up.
• Demonstrated capacity to operate at an enterprise level, engaging across multiple business units rather than within a singular line of business.
• Proven comfort in managing ambiguity and complexity, providing structure and clarity to evolving or poorly defined problem areas.
• Established project and initiative management skills, with the ability to manage tasks across multiple stakeholders, prioritize efficiently, and coordinate progress in a matrixed environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting discussions at the senior or executive level.
• A resilient and adaptable leader who approaches change with optimism and confidence.
• Experience in healthcare, financial services, or similarly intricate, customer-focused industries is preferred.
