Senior Advisor – Artificial Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Lead high-level executive projects characterized by complexity and significant organizational impact.

• Act as a consultative resource and partner in formulating strategies for project implementation.

• Engage with external stakeholders on key initiatives to achieve optimal outcomes for the organization.

• Represent the executive team in dealings with external parties.

• Provide executive leadership for additional organization-wide or strategically important initiatives.

• Oversee recruitment processes and manage OKRs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Organize and facilitate team meetings effectively.

• Mentor data scientists on organizational engagement and provide guidance to managers.

• Manage the intake processes for the AI team and coordinate external resources to ensure successful project execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related discipline.

• 15 years of directly relevant experience, including 5 years in leadership roles.

• Strong critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently.

• Capability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and take appropriate actions as necessary.
