This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Perform internal and external penetration testing to discover and exploit vulnerabilities.
• Design and implement adversary emulation scenarios to evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's detection and response capabilities.
• Utilize and manage a comprehensive array of penetration testing tools, including Kali Linux, Metasploit, Nmap, and custom scripts.
• Generate in-depth reports detailing findings and practical recommendations for remediation.
• Collaborate closely with blue teams to plan and execute purple team exercises that integrate offensive and defensive security strategies.
• Offer actionable insights to enhance security monitoring, alerting, and incident response based on the outcomes of penetration testing.
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to educate internal teams on adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security.
• At least 3 years of experience with Kali Linux, Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite, and/or other relevant tools.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc).
• More than 3 years of experience in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container security.
