This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full responsibility for the setup, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across programmatic, social, and search platforms.
• Resolve campaign delivery issues, pacing discrepancies, and pixel or tracking errors with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Client Success, and Product—to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Analyze campaign data to discover trends, provide insights, and suggest optimization strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance on campaign builds to guarantee accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Assist in onboarding and training junior team members, sharing best practices and improvements in processes.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions to enhance operational speed and precision.
• Keep precise documentation of campaign processes, policies, and client requirements.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of direct experience in digital ad operations, media buying, or campaign management.
• Expertise in ad serving platforms, DSPs, and tracking systems (experience with multiple platforms is preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; adept at navigating data to inform decisions.
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of working effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• A self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of outcomes.
