Senior Accounting Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement intricate accounting and advisory projects for a variety of clients.

• Analyze financial statements, journal entries, and guarantee adherence to GAAP standards.

• Support client onboarding processes and manage client relationships.

• Supervise the work of Associates while providing coaching and constructive feedback.

• Conduct technical research and compose clear, succinct memos.

• Recognize opportunities to broaden service offerings and enhance client value.

• Leverage ERP systems and accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite).

• Work in partnership with cross-disciplinary teams to provide cohesive solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.

• Certification: CPA license or eligibility is preferred.

• Experience:

• - At least 3–5 years in public accounting or an industry accounting role.

• - Solid understanding of GAAP and accrual accounting principles.

• - Familiarity with applications such as Bill.com, Expensify, Ramp, and Concur is advantageous.

• Skills:

• - Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

• - Advanced expertise in accounting software and ERP systems.

• - Capability to juggle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
