Senior Accounting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee international accounting and tax initiatives

• Deliver exceptional client service by proactively responding to client needs

• Provide high-quality results to clients within established project timelines

• Execute daily responsibilities in a structured and solution-focused manner

• Record, categorize, reclassify, accrue, and reverse accounting transactions

• Assist internal departments by examining figures and ensuring accurate account classification

• Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts, ensuring the precision and dependability of information

• Manage document flow and oversee processes related to payables and receivables

• Prepare documentation and supporting reports; ensure documents are well-controlled and easily accessible

• Engage in international accounting projects using English and manage related tax obligations

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, policies, guidelines, procedures, and work instructions

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in advanced English (evaluation will occur during the interview)

• Background in accounting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Experience in managing accounting projects

• Technical expertise in IFRS

• Preferred: experience in international accounting

• Proven experience in managing a client portfolio

• Experience in team leadership and training assistants
