• Record financial transactions and create trial balances and financial statements.
• Execute audit procedures for cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, fixed assets, prepaid and accrued expenses, debt, and income statement accounts.
• Accurately and efficiently prepare tax returns and supporting documentation.
• Utilize a comprehensive understanding of relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Exhibit knowledge of FASB, AICPA, and GASB standards.
• Comply with AICPA rules, regulations, and the code of ethics.
• Interpret and apply pertinent IRC sections and regulations.
• Achieve chargeable hour targets with precise time tracking and record management.
• Show a strong grasp of bookkeeping and accounting practices.
• Handle multiple clients while upholding high service standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• At least 5 years of comprehensive accounting experience.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online.
• Experience in managing multiple clients at the same time.
• Background in team management.
• Availability to work US hours with a 4–6 hour overlap (dependent on client needs).
• Industry experience in Construction (including job costing, WIP, project-based accounting) and Healthcare (high-volume bookkeeping, operational accounting).
