This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable independently.

• Oversee outstanding items and proactively liaise with health and long-term care insurance providers.

• Assume responsibility for the comprehensive accounting of our care services (Pflegedienste) utilizing DATEV Rechnungswesen (DATEV Rewe) and DUO.

• Generate monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with HGB (German Commercial Code) for all care services.

• Continuously enhance and digitalize financial processes.

• Proven experience in accounting or financial management.

• Basic understanding of accounting software (e.g., DATEV, Lexoffice, or similar).

• Strong knowledge of financial statements under HGB and a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance.

• Ideally, you have completed or are pursuing the Bilanzbuchhalter (certified accounting clerk) qualification.

• Completed vocational training in commercial or tax-related fields, or a degree in business administration (Bachelor/Master).

• Experience in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Proficient use of DATEV Rechnungswesen and DUO.

• Organized and independent working style.
