This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the monthly closing process to provide timely and precise financial reports, including the preparation of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.

• Aid in the preparation for the year-end audit and manage requests from external auditors.

• Assist in the establishment, documentation, and ongoing enhancement of all financial processes, workflows, and forms.

• Guide accounting personnel and consultants by coordinating activities and addressing inquiries.

• Resolve financial discrepancies by gathering and analyzing account information.

• Compile special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account data for investors, lenders, and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory).

• At least 3 years of experience in Multifamily Property Management Accounting (mandatory).

• Proficiency in Yardi or affordable housing programs (mandatory).

• Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Capability to work independently with outstanding time management and organizational skills.
