Senior Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Supervising the entry and evaluation of transactions related to manufacturing operations.

• Overseeing material batching, production batching, and the closure of jobs.

• Working collaboratively with various departments on transaction-related matters.

• Managing month-end tasks, which include processing journal entries for rebates, commissions, inventory, work in progress (WIP), and revenue.

• Reconciling balance sheet accounts monthly and addressing any discrepancies.

• Ensuring adherence to company policies and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent relevant professional experience is mandatory.

• Proven proficiency in accounting and financial analysis, especially within a manufacturing context, is crucial.

• 2-3 years of accounting experience, focusing on subledger or general ledger accounting.

• Strong skills in advanced Excel functions, such as sumif, lookup functions, and pivot tables, are required.
