Senior Account Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Sales team by providing insights for the development and execution of intricate offerings and solutions.

• Support the Sales team in reaching their sales targets.

• Achieve revenue, deployment, and service goals while nurturing relationships with customers and prospects.

• Create, design, and showcase sophisticated solutions to clients.

• Collaborate with Product Teams, Product Engineering, Professional Services, and Sales departments.

• Act as a reliable subject matter expert for clients and cultivate enduring relationships within key accounts.

• Draft comprehensive product specifications and execute customer installation strategies.

• Produce white papers and deliver presentations at conferences and user groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Eight (8) years of experience in the offered position or a similar role.

• Eight (8) years of experience in software engineering, consulting, infrastructure management, sales engineering, or solutions architecture.

• Five (5) years of experience in Linux system administration.

• Five (5) years of experience with one or more virtualization platforms.

• Five (5) years of experience delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences, including business, technical, management, and leadership groups.

• Three (3) years of experience with one or more public cloud providers, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, or IBM Cloud, along with enterprise-customer integration.

• Three (3) years of experience in implementing and deploying Kubernetes and related CNCF landscape projects.

• Three (3) years of experience in IT architecture management, encompassing complex architecture implementation plans.

• Three (3) years of experience with hyperscaler services.

• Willingness and capability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time for customer visits and internal/external conferences.
