This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the InEvent platform and its services to assist clients with inquiries while consistently recommending the optimal solutions and strategies for their projects;
• Address client issues and strive to enhance all facets of the client experience with the organization;
• Actively advocate for the value of the InEvent platform and promote upselling through customer/client interactions;
• Enhance and increase client usage of the platform within their organizations;
• Recommend improvements to existing processes across all Customer Success initiatives;
• Mentor and guide Customer Success trainers when working on major Enterprise accounts from your portfolio.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Account Development is essential;
• Proven experience in client retention and ongoing utilization of the solution/service;
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to cultivate positive business relationships;
• Technical proficiency is required;
• Strong accountability and personal organizational skills are crucial;
• In-depth understanding of customer concerns and perceptions regarding product usage, along with the ability to troubleshoot as necessary;
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar) and SSO is advantageous;
• Willingness to travel internationally as required, including short-term business trips to the United States; must be able to acquire and maintain necessary travel documentation (e.g., visas);
