This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the InEvent platform and its services to assist clients with inquiries while consistently recommending the most effective solutions and strategies for their projects.
• Address client concerns and strive to enhance every facet of the client experience with the organization.
• Actively promote the benefits of the InEvent platform and encourage upselling through exceptional customer/client interactions.
• Expand and develop client usage of the platform within their organizations.
• Propose optimizations for existing processes across all Customer Success initiatives.
• Mentor and guide Customer Success trainers when working on major Enterprise accounts within your portfolio.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Account Development role is required.
• Proven experience in client retention and ensuring ongoing use of the solution/service.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build positive business relationships.
• Technical expertise is essential.
• Strong accountability and organizational skills are critical.
• Profound understanding of customer concerns and perspectives regarding product usage, along with the ability to troubleshoot when necessary.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar) and SSO is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required, including brief business trips to the United States; must be able to obtain and maintain necessary travel documentation (e.g., visas).
