This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements independently.
• Implement and oversee technical customer deployments.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions at customer sites.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers.
• Outstanding communication skills across all levels of stakeholders.
• Openness to travel, with flexibility and self-sufficiency in planning trips.
• Background in project management, customer satisfaction, and onboarding processes.
• Ideally experienced in a B2B SaaS or IoT environment.
• Capability to structure and articulate complex technical information clearly.
• A pragmatic and hands-on approach to independently accomplish tasks.
• Proficient in German and conversational in English.
• Must reside in Germany.
