This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You ensure that new B2B clients (pest control companies) seamlessly and sustainably grasp our SaaS solution.

• You plan, direct, and supervise technical customer implementations.

• You regularly facilitate onboarding meetings across Germany, visiting clients on-site.

• You serve as the primary contact during the entire onboarding process: conducting weekly syncs, providing status updates, and mapping the customer journey.

• You proactively identify potential blockers early and manage escalations with confidence and a solution-oriented mindset.

• You cultivate long-term customer relationships, guiding them through their journey and fostering mutual growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• You operate with a high degree of independence and do not require micromanagement.

• Exceptional communication skills across all levels of stakeholders, including colleagues, senior management, board members, external partners, and technicians.

• You are open to travel, adaptable, and capable of planning travel arrangements independently.

• You possess the ability to build trust — and can restore it when necessary.

• You are enthusiastic about startup culture and interpersonal relationships.

• Experience in project management, customer excellence, onboarding, and technical implementations — preferably in a B2B SaaS or IoT environment.

• Ability to clearly structure complex technical information and make it actionable for others.

• A pragmatic, results-oriented approach.

• Fluent in German and conversational in English.
