• This role is customer-centric, requiring advanced sales expertise to effectively sell the complete product range to designated accounts in the USA, aiming to meet or surpass assigned sales goals.
• Engage with both current and prospective clients to present and market the company's products and services.
• Develop action plans and timelines to pinpoint specific targets and forecast the number of contacts to be engaged.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to these and other designated accounts.
• Create presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Maintain and develop sales materials along with up-to-date product knowledge.
• Establish and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare documentation to initiate and sustain contract services.
• Oversee account services through quality assurance checks and subsequent follow-up.
• Recognize and address client issues and complaints.
• Compile a range of status reports, including activity updates, closings, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with company personnel to facilitate the necessary work to finalize sales.
• Design and execute special sales initiatives to manage inventory reduction.
• Engage in marketing activities such as seminars, trade shows, and other events.
• Aid in the follow-up process for payment collection.
• Assist in coordinating the shipping of products and scheduling related services.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Science disciplines.
• At least 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a relevant field.
• A technical degree or a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a technical domain is preferred.
• A background in laboratory work is advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with the ability to present effectively to persuade and influence others.
• Proficiency in negotiation and customer service is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of advertising and sales promotion strategies.
• A thorough grasp of the industry is mandatory.
• Current US employment authorization is required; sponsorship is not available for this role.
