This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer consultative assistance throughout the sales process by evaluating client requirements and showcasing the FACTS Grant & Aid system.
• Oversee the complete implementation of the Grant & Aid solution for Scholarship Granting Organizations and associated entities.
• Establish and maintain client relationships through proactive engagement, organizational setup, hierarchy management, application configuration, formula evaluations, training sessions, retrospectives, and daily support.
• Assist clients in navigating awarding processes and specialized reporting.
• Oversee awarding tasks, document reviews, process documentation, training seminars, and specialized reporting.
• Keep abreast of changing tax regulations and state tax credit programs to enhance communications and training efforts.
• Define, document, and sustain internal procedures and best practices for client service.
• Act as a Grant & Aid subject matter expert for internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, IT Development, Operations, Verification, and User Experience teams.
• Address escalated client concerns through resolution planning, root cause analysis, and preventative measures.
• Represent the FACTS Operations Team and make decisions in the absence of leadership.
• Manage and resolve functionality tickets via ADO.
• Facilitate refresher sessions and group training initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of two years in a customer service or account management role is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, encompassing Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Co-Pilot.
• Experience with integrated AI tools to enhance workflows, data management, and client interactions.
• In-depth knowledge of the FACTS Grant & Aid solution.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues.
• Effective presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear manner.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving acumen.
