Senior Account Manager, Educational Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively reach out to potential clients, specifically schools and school districts, to generate new business opportunities.

• Consistently employ both traditional and innovative strategies to connect with new contacts at existing clients, aiming to sell and uphold Educational staffing services.

• Continuously acquire client leads through a high volume of calls and emails.

• Submit qualified candidates for Educational staffing positions with our contracted clients.

• Build and nurture valuable relationships with prospective clients.

• Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing their staffing needs.

• Renegotiate client contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

• Pursue ongoing improvement and career growth.

• Collaborate with internal teams to devise effective solutions for staffing fulfillment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in Educational Services Staffing is required.

• Proven track record of success in a metrics-driven setting.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a top performer in a sales role.

• Client-focused mindset with a strong passion for customer service.

• Ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals and maintain meaningful relationships.

• Strong drive to achieve results and meet established goals.
