• Develop and spearhead the corporate accounts strategy for Vetcove.
• Establish yourself as a strategic ally to key stakeholders and advocates within designated accounts to foster and maintain robust, enduring relationships.
• Create compelling narratives and demonstrate customer value through detailed business reviews and strategic interactions, both via phone and in-person meetings.
• Cultivate expertise in gathering ongoing customer product feedback to create an effective feedback loop that addresses customer needs and informs our product development approach.
• Implement a systematic approach to strategic planning for each of your assigned accounts by devising a roadmap that consistently advances the customer towards their specific platform objectives, account expansion, and overall success with Vetcove.
• Remain informed about the veterinary consolidation market and comprehend how Vetcove can evolve to respond to changes in market dynamics.
• Foster connections with non-contracted corporate consolidators to ensure they recognize Vetcove’s value and how we can align with their long-term strategies.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 4 years of experience in account management.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Excellent time and process management capabilities.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and nurturing executive relationships.
• A keen willingness to learn and shape an emerging role in a rapidly expanding and dynamic startup environment.
