This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Our Senior Account Managers collaborate with the marketing teams, Vice Presidents, and CEOs of hospitals and health systems across the country to manage projects and enhance impactful integrated print and digital marketing and communication strategies that effectively engage their audiences.
• In this position, you will cultivate, maintain, and expand client relationships.
• As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be a valued member of the client's team, closely tied to the growth and success of True North.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing projects that encompass a wide array of marketing tactics, including but not limited to website development, landing pages, content creation, emails, digital advertisements, videos and animations, print materials, and direct mail campaigns.
• Proven track record in leading campaign performance discussions with clients, effectively offering insights and recommendations based on campaign outcomes.
• Experience in navigating and interpreting data from platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook, and/or YouTube.
• Expertise in strategizing with clients, providing guidance on messaging, branding, and competitive positioning.
• Ability to keep clients on schedule and projects within budget and scope, while maintaining effective communication and offering direction to team members.
• Established strategic development skills and knowledge of marketing strategies, ideally within the healthcare sector, including an understanding of interactive and digital media platforms such as email, paid search, social advertising, and landing pages.
• Strong active listening abilities that enable you to identify opportunities to add value and expand accounts with existing clients.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with the agility to quickly adapt.
• Service-oriented mindset.
• Inquisitive, diplomatic, and resourceful character.
• High regard for agency time constraints, priorities, and time management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in account services within a marketing or advertising agency.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Certifications in project management and content marketing are a plus.
• Previous experience working remotely is preferred.
