This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Fulfill reporting and data requirements based on the needs of clients and the team.
• Take ownership and accountability for ensuring customer satisfaction and the retention of a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Cultivate trusting relationships with client contacts, from frontline staff to C-suite executives.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the business challenges that customers encounter.
• Utilize cross-functional project management to resolve escalated client issues, coordinating internal and external teams as needed.
• Identify product deficiencies through business impact assessments and manage client expectations effectively.
• Actively engage in Customer Success projects and initiatives as directed by Leadership.
• A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in account management or relationship management within the healthcare sector; familiarity with commercial health insurance and pharmacy benefits is highly preferred.
• A proven track record of strategically collaborating with diverse and complex clients.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to navigate and mediate conflicts while fostering open dialogue.
• Experience in managing client relationships, ensuring that expectations and deliverables are documented and achieved, while keeping key stakeholders informed and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a broader, cross-functional team.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
