This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build and sustain robust, enduring relationships with clients by grasping their needs, objectives, and business aspirations.

• Facilitate both internal and external training sessions focused on digital marketing, Scorpion systems, and brand specifics.

• Collaborate with our internal teams to create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid advertising, social media management, chat, and content marketing, to meet client goals.

• Track and evaluate campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for enhancements to clients, focusing on SEO, PPC, and social media KPIs.

• Spot opportunities for upselling and broadening our service offerings within current client accounts.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Directors, SEO specialists, paid advertising professionals, social media managers, and content writers to ensure client success.

• Oversee client budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation to meet campaign goals and maximize return on investment.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 4 years of professional experience in client-facing account management.

• At least 2 years in an Account Manager role or similar experience.

• Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager within a digital agency environment.

• Strong comprehension of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
