This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for nurturing strategic relationships with clients, ensuring the effective delivery of contractual commitments, and promoting business growth within health and human services programs.
• Serves as a trusted advisor to state agencies, managed care organizations, and key stakeholders.
• Manages program performance, service level agreements, and complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Offers consultative support to clients while pinpointing opportunities to broaden partnerships and cultivate new business.
• Directs proposal development, sales presentations, system demonstrations, contract negotiations, and business development activities, all while ensuring outstanding client satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Collaborates with internal teams to oversee project execution, address complex issues, track financial performance, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and performance management to team members, nurturing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Social Work, Public Health, or another health-related discipline from an accredited institution.
• 9-10 years of professional experience is required; supervisory experience is necessary.
• A minimum of two years in a customer-facing role, or multiple roles, managing multiphase and multi-team projects, coordinating program development, and overseeing service performance quality reporting.
• At least one year of experience with health or human services agencies aiding individuals' eligibility and compliance for programs of equivalent or greater complexity than Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS).
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and low-income populations.
• Proven financial and business management experience is essential;
• Familiarity with Medicaid programs and experience with state government is required;
• Experience in long-term care and disability services is advantageous;
• Background in contract negotiations, program management, and business-to-business sales is preferred.
