This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing and expanding relationships with Medallion’s key customers
• Developing and nurturing strong connections with essential stakeholders
• Gaining insight into business priorities and pinpointing growth opportunities
• Representing the customer's voice internally to ensure their requirements are fulfilled
• Collaborating across various departments, including Implementation, Operations, Sales, Customer Support, Product, and Engineering
• Assisting customers in realizing significant returns and driving business success through their investment in Medallion
• Reporting directly to the Manager of Account Management
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or customer success within a B2B SaaS startup
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-touch relationships with healthcare and enterprise clients
• Consistently achieving or exceeding targets for renewal, retention, and upsell rates
• Capable of identifying solutions, enhancing the effectiveness of existing strategies, and managing change
• Previous experience in developing growth plans and conducting strategic business reviews for clients
• A go-to-market and team-oriented mindset
• Proficient in using CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and G Suite Applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Proven ability to work successfully with and establish relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders, both within the organization and externally
• Strong operational capabilities that promote organizational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction
• Ability to influence and build credibility and trust throughout the organization and with clients
• Possessing problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
