This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Direct the comprehensive Amazon account strategy for designated client brands.
• Monitor account health, catalog performance, and advertising results.
• Guide and mentor Account Managers to ensure high quality and consistency in execution.
• Create and execute growth roadmaps in alignment with brand objectives.
• Perform data-driven performance evaluations to identify areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with PPC specialists, designers, and operations to promote cohesive brand success.
• Manage client communications, including performance updates and strategy presentations.
• Efficiently resolve complex issues within Seller Central and Vendor Central.
• Track key performance indicators (ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR) and provide insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central accounts.
• Demonstrated success in profitably scaling brands through data-driven strategies.
• Experience in leading teams or mentoring account managers.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, catalog management, and compliance.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
• Highly analytical with advanced proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools.
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a dynamic, international setting.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
