Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and oversee operational and technical partnerships through face-to-face meetings and phone communications to execute the account strategy.

• Gain insight into the client’s environment to ensure optimal use of Fiserv’s offerings for maximum advantage.

• Deliver varied levels of reporting on achievements and ongoing activities.

• Influence and collaborate across functions on key initiatives, including incident response, process enhancement, and the creation/maintenance of standard operating procedures.

• Ensure adherence to system audits, updates to client profiles, and other administrative responsibilities to guarantee Fiserv fulfills legal and contractual commitments.

• Oversee and cultivate operational connections for the designated client.

• Guarantee the quality delivery and ongoing support of all products and services for the assigned client.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.

• 3+ years of experience in customer service is necessary.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Experience in Project Management is preferred.

• Background in enterprise problem prevention and resolution is preferred.

• Capability to make independent decisions, exercise sound judgment, and handle complex issues is preferred.
