This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Spearhead the tactical implementation of integrated and digital marketing strategies while possessing a deep understanding of the agency/client relationship.
• Responsible for cultivating and integrating strategic planning capabilities within the broader context of account management.
• Supervise the creation of campaigns and project plans, offering daily support on overarching strategic initiatives in partnership with the Account Director.
• Tasked with identifying and fulfilling client needs while aligning with internal processes to guarantee the effective commencement, management, and execution of all projects.
• Lead client presentations, facilitate internal project meetings, and actively participate as a member of a highly engaged and extensive account team.
• Oversee strategic projects (e.g., Website, ISA) and reporting initiatives (e.g., weekly/monthly dashboards).
• Responsible for the final product/service, which includes crafting detailed project plans and managing submissions for regulatory and client evaluations.
• Regularly monitor project budgets and collaborate with AS and AD to manage project scope.
• Demonstrate critical thinking abilities alongside a keen awareness and understanding of the client’s business and strategic goals.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and/or agency partners in the absence of a Supervisor or Director.
• Create client proposal decks and pricing estimates.
• Actively seek business opportunities with both existing clients and potential prospects.
• Mentor or oversee junior team members, ensuring that client submissions are executed flawlessly while implementing best practices from the agency.
• Must comply with agency policies and mandatory compliance protocols.
• Strong and practical experience in marketing and advertising, with a focus on digital and print execution; possesses a solid understanding of marketing and digital strategies as well as media and technology.
• Excellent client relationship skills with a proven track record of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects to successful and collaborative completion.
• Ability to create written Project Briefs that align with client assignments and expectations.
• Capable of co-authoring Creative Briefs and activating internal teams for project execution.
• Experienced in financial management and tracking, including estimate evaluations, project health assessments, and revenue tracking.
• Communicates with confidence, clarity, and effectiveness.
• A collaborative team player with strong mentoring capabilities.
• Maintains professionalism and decorum during remote meetings.
• Continually inquisitive, always asking why.
• Maintains composure and control when under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Serves as the client’s point of contact for minor conflict resolution externally; internally manages direct discussions with cross-functional team members.
