This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Expand market share by executing sales strategies to convert prospective customers into ADI clients.
• Enhance existing customer relationships by assisting with customer service initiatives, making follow-up calls, educating clients on new product offerings, and staying updated on industry advancements.
• Actively engage in market intelligence collection, identify growth opportunities, and achieve sales success.
• Foster positive relationships within the ADI organization to promote team sales and prioritize customer service.
• Conduct various customer training sessions to stimulate sales growth within the assigned territory.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in CCTV, IP, AV technologies, Security, and Fire.
• Proven history of managing and selling within the security industry, particularly in a distribution model.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License, with a clean motor vehicle record and good standing driving history.
• Exceptional selling, negotiating, and closing abilities, with a talent for building long-term business relationships.
• Quick learner with the capacity to handle a high volume of calls and think creatively.
• Strong work ethic, committed to accomplishing tasks while upholding high business ethics.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Self-driven, capable of working independently without close supervision, while embodying a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel as required for business needs, up to 75%.
