This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the relationship and serve as the main point of contact for your designated retail accounts.
• Develop and implement account strategies that enhance kiosk placements, boost performance, and strengthen ecoATM's integration with each partner.
• Examine retailer and internal performance metrics to pinpoint issues and formulate data-driven recommendations for new placements and optimizations.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews and collaborative business planning sessions that align ecoATM's performance with each retailer's strategic and financial objectives.
• Build relationships across a retailer's headquarters — including merchandising, operations, real estate/asset protection, and sustainability — to diversify the relationship and minimize single-point-of-contact risks.
• Address problem resolution with urgency, performing root-cause analyses and coordinating internally to safeguard the partnership.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance kiosk visibility and drive additional foot traffic within partner locations. Develop and support initiatives aimed at boosting in-store awareness and customer engagement.
• Work closely with operations and regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution of new kiosk installations.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activities, leveraging real-time insights to identify new opportunities within your accounts.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team on channel expansion opportunities and the onboarding of newly signed accounts within your territory.
• Oversee account-level installation and removal forecasts.
• Act as the internal advocate for the customer, ensuring retailer feedback influences product, marketing, and operational decisions.
• 8+ years of experience in account management, retail partnerships, or related fields, preferably at the Senior Manager or Director level.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder retail accounts and achieving revenue/performance targets.
• Proficient in Excel; capable of manipulating and interpreting large datasets.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and executive presentation delivery.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• This position may also qualify for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
