This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage smaller accounts with revenue ranging from £50,000 to £80,000, collaborating with senior team members when necessary.
• Communicate with clients daily to provide updates on project progress.
• Prepare weekly status reports and ensure that projects and campaigns adhere to scheduled timelines.
• Supervise the creation and delivery of materials for designated projects and campaigns as defined by the account lead.
• Schedule timely Click-Ups with the Creative, Digital, Client Services, and Editorial teams to facilitate a seamless workflow.
• Ensure the quality of all deliverables through proper accuracy and quality checks prior to final quality control.
• Assist the account lead in following up on all projects to gather feedback and assess client satisfaction.
• Take charge of the financial viability of all managed projects, which includes developing realistic budget estimates and conducting ongoing reviews.
• Collaborate closely with the account lead and finance department to evaluate service levels (budget versus actual hours) and direct costs, bringing attention to any identified issues.
• Participate in and prepare for Work In Progress (WIP) calls for the projects or accounts you are managing, including agreeing on monthly revenue recognition based on current progress and future budget forecasting.
• Aid the account lead in preparing budget reconciliations for your projects as needed.
• Consistently assess resource needs and inform the leadership team of any challenges regarding resources or recruitment requirements.
• Manage external service providers as necessary.
• Support and mentor junior team members as needed.
• Strong knowledge of account management principles.
• Proven ability to lead and manage client accounts effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Financial expertise with the capability to oversee project budgets.
• Experience in a client-facing position, ideally within a similar industry.
• Ability to recognize and pursue organic growth opportunities with existing clients.
• Familiarity with relevant codes of practice and legislation governing communication with healthcare professionals.
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members as needed.
• Required travel to client meetings as part of this role.
• Undertake any duties that may arise from time to time that can reasonably be considered within the scope of the position.
• Adhere to legal requirements in all activities, both internal and external. This includes ensuring that all managers and employees comply with the appropriate standards regarding Data Protection, Health and Safety, and Information Security, as well as uphold the highest standards of business ethics.
