This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct over 60 outbound sales activities daily via phone, email, text messaging, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Create new business opportunities through season ticket memberships, group sales, partial plans, and premium experiences.
• Achieve and surpass individual sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure precise documentation of sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasting within CRM systems.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies to optimize ticket revenue opportunities.
• Discover ways to enhance customer lifetime value through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Identify, research, and nurture new sales prospects.
• Build and sustain prospect databases and lead pipelines.
• Establish relationships with businesses, organizations, schools, and community groups.
• Assist with season member renewal campaigns and retention efforts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for season members and fans.
• Manage ticket exchanges, seat relocations, account inquiries, and service requests.
• Sell and coordinate Fan Experience Packages (FEPs) and group experiences.
• Accurately process ticket orders using Archtics, TM1 Sales, FEVO, Ticketmaster, and other relevant systems.
• Support box office operations during matches and special events.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Operations, and Event teams.
• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in ticket sales, sports sales, customer service, business development, or related fields.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing customer relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines is preferred.
• Experience in professional sports, collegiate athletics, entertainment, or live events is a plus.
• Knowledge of Archtics, TM1 Sales, FEVO, Ticketmaster, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• A passion for volleyball and women's professional sports.
• Opportunity to work effectively in a remote, highly collaborative environment.

• Potential for periodic travel for matches, member events, community activations, and company meetings.
• Capability to stand and move throughout event venues during match-day operations and fan events.
• Ability to lift and transport event materials weighing up to 25 pounds while supporting events and activations.
