
Senior Account Executive – Strategic Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as a senior operational leader for intricate client accounts.
• Collaborate closely with the Producer, Managing Consultant, and Senior Benefit Consultant to implement client strategies.
• Take ownership of and consistently enhance the overall client experience.
• Serve as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
• Lead the execution of complex renewal cycles.
• Oversee and coordinate all daily service delivery across a multi-disciplinary team.
• Foster accountability within the service team by managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Ensure service delivery is aligned with the client’s wider business objectives.
• Identify, anticipate, and proactively address service risks and gaps.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Over 7 years of experience in employee benefits account management.
• Demonstrated expertise in supporting self-funded and complex benefit structures.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Life & Health License is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.
• Experience with data, reporting, and analytics tools is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to attend in-person client meetings and travel as required.
