Senior Account Executive, Specialization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting to closing deals for Service Hub and Breeze Intelligence products.

• Engage with our existing customer base to uncover and create new opportunities while collaborating with Growth Specialists on territory strategy and joint prospecting initiatives.

• Take ownership of discovery and solution development, addressing the needs of both business and technical stakeholders.

• Create and present customized solutions that align with customers' technical specifications and business goals.

• Collaborate with dedicated sales teams to provide specialized product knowledge and assistance.

• Communicate the value of HubSpot's technical features, including APIs, integrations, and webhooks, to both technical and business audiences.

• Establish and nurture relationships with various stakeholders within our customers’ organizations.

• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in SaaS sales or presales roles, or over 4 years in post-sales positions.

• A proven history of success in customer-facing SaaS roles, including either:

• Strong sales background with a demonstrated understanding of technical concepts, or

• Extensive technical knowledge coupled with a proven ability to develop sales skills.

• Currently a top performer with a consistent record of meeting targets and KPIs.

• Experience managing intricate sales processes involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.

• A demonstrated growth mindset with a history of actively seeking feedback.

• A genuine interest in business technology and the role of software in driving growth.

• Flexibility and comfort with change in a dynamic environment.
