This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing SLED deals, including arranging and presenting engaging online demonstrations to both potential and existing clients.

• Generate opportunities through extensive outbound initiatives, such as cold calling and innovative self-prospecting. Utilize internal resources and respond to RFPs while cultivating relationships with GPO partners to create and manage inbound leads.

• Acquire and assist in the onboarding of new accounts, collaborating with Engine's Account Management team to promote growth within existing accounts.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Legal, Product, and Marketing, to ensure the effective delivery of solutions and services.

• Keep a well-structured and organized pipeline to enhance sales processes and develop proficiency in our technology stack by mastering tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach for efficient daily operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Sales Executive in SLED.

• Proficient in outbound prospecting methods, tools, and processes (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, GovSpend).

• Proven history of exceptional performance, consistently surpassing sales targets and KPIs.

• Self-motivated individual with a strong eagerness to learn and adapt based on feedback.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and tasks with great attention to detail in a fast-paced and unstructured environment.

• Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Solid understanding of government procurement processes, compliance requirements, and public sector contracts.
