This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the sales process: qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing
• Consistently achieve a high-performance sales quota
• Sell multi-module SaaS solutions to enterprise buying committees
• Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite, SVP, and VP-level executives
• Generate leads through outbound outreach, inbound inquiries, partnerships, referrals, and events
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to progress deals
• Build and sustain a pipeline that is four times the quota through outbound initiatives and inbound follow-ups
• Ensure accurate pipeline management, deal stages, and forecasting in Salesforce
• Conduct structured discovery discussions to identify strategic, financial, and operational challenges
• Align Tango’s platform with clearly defined customer outcomes
• Create persuasive business cases that illustrate ROI, risk mitigation, and enterprise value
• Navigate complex purchasing processes using MEDDPICC-aligned qualification
• Over 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales
• Preferred experience in Real Estate Tech, PropTech, and/or Sustainability sectors
• Proven track record of closing new logo deals with mid-market and enterprise clients
• Experience selling into intricate organizations with multiple stakeholders
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce and Gong is highly preferred
• Possess a strong consultative selling approach
• Ability to conduct structured discovery sessions and manage sales discussions effectively
• Confident in communicating at the executive level, negotiating, and handling objections
• Comfortable working within a defined sales process and qualification framework
• Results-oriented and accountable

• High expectations for preparation, follow-through, and professionalism
• Excels in a structured, performance-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
