Senior Account Executive – Performance Marketing, Call Transfers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new advertiser partnerships in the insurance, lead generation, and performance marketing sectors, focusing on coreg/path buyers, lead aggregators, and call center operators.

• Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach to closing deals.

• Locate advertisers currently purchasing CPL, CPA, and call transfer traffic within our ecosystem.

• Create and sustain a high-quality outbound sales pipeline utilizing industry research, trade shows, competitive analysis, and CRM tools.

• Provide customer acquisition solutions customized to meet advertiser ROI and scalability objectives.

• Work collaboratively with operations and media teams to scale successful campaigns.

• Participate in industry conferences and trade shows throughout the year.

• Consistently surpass revenue and pipeline goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Direct, verifiable experience in selling co-registration ("co-reg") or path leads — you should be able to discuss click-to-call, ping-post, publisher networks, and coreg funnel mechanics with ease.

• Established relationships with lead aggregators and/or call center operators who purchase or resell coreg leads — this is a mandatory requirement.

• 3–7+ years of experience in selling performance marketing, lead generation, affiliate marketing, or call transfer solutions.

• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPC, and pay-per-call business models.

• Demonstrated ability to prospect, hunt, and independently close new business without relying on inbound leads.
