This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Territory Management: Lead sales efforts in Switzerland, concentrating solely on acquiring new business without the responsibility of managing existing customer accounts.
• Sales Pipeline Development & Execution: Establish and sustain a strong sales pipeline, taking responsibility for the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
• Collaboration with Digital Sales & Partner Resellers: Collaborate closely with the Digital Sales Team and Partner Resellers to drive joint sales initiatives, enhance engagement strategies, and ensure the effective implementation of go-to-market plans.
• Strategic Prospecting & Lead Generation: Discover new opportunities, proactively reach out to potential clients, and devise strategies to strengthen Coupa's presence in the market.
• High-Value Deal Closing: Interact with various stakeholders across departments and levels to navigate intricate sales cycles and foster high-value engagements.
• Market Expansion: Identify and implement strategies to increase Coupa’s reach in Switzerland, utilizing both direct and partner-led sales methods.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise software sales, particularly focused on new business acquisition in Switzerland.
• Strong comprehension of spend management, procurement, or financial SaaS solutions.
• Experience collaborating with partner resellers and digital sales teams to facilitate new customer acquisition.
• Exceptional capability to manage complex sales cycles, engage with multiple stakeholders, and close high-value transactions.
• Executive presence, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluency in both German and English is required.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
