This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Actively build and maintain relationships with clients, gaining a thorough understanding of their business needs, analyzing industry standing, and formulating sales strategies for each phase of the sales cycle.
• Direct sales initiatives, coordinate strategies, and utilize essential internal resources to deliver competitive and persuasive solutions and sales plans.
• Create and oversee the execution of account plans employing a standardized sales methodology across multiple accounts.
• Design and strategize the approaches for assigned customer accounts.
• Manage several accounts while leading planning efforts to achieve sales objectives.
• Formulate strategies for pipeline development and management to reach both short-term and long-term sales targets.
• Broaden the network of key internal and external partners to enhance sales and influence.
• Establish oneself as a thought leader and trusted advisor to executive-level decision-makers.
• Create value-proposition presentations and tailored business plans for clients.
• At least 5 years of consultative sales experience, with 2-3 years preferred in the SaaS or fleet industry.
• Over 4 years of account management experience or equivalent qualifications.
• Demonstrated success in managing the complete sales cycle for enterprise-level transactions, emphasizing ROI, engagement with senior decision-makers, organizational change, and partner/leadership selling.
• Results-driven sales professional with excellent executive-level communication; highly collaborative across functions and possesses the motivation and commitment to consistently exceed quotas.
• Proficient in resolving complex issues through analytical skills, creativity, and sound business judgment.
• Exceptionally organized and committed with the capability to monitor pipeline, manage multiple accounts, and efficiently handle competing, time-sensitive priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
