This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Engaging in prospecting for new accounts, establishing greenfield opportunities, and nurturing relationships with current customers.
• Driving demand for expansion among existing clients to enhance the presence of Collibra within these accounts.
• Overseeing intricate deal cycles, from lead generation and stakeholder mapping to negotiations, closure, and further expansion.
• Effectively collaborating with customers, partners, and colleagues through a consultative sales approach to identify value and ROI that meet customer needs.
• Providing reliable and precise forecasts, with Salesforce updates that accurately reflect current activities.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding your SaaS sales targets.
• Experience in the Data Management field is highly desirable.
• Ability to initiate and navigate complex direct sales cycles involving multiple technical and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot).
• Experience in selling new business and expansion opportunities to C-level executives in large enterprise accounts across the West Coast.
• Managed consultative sales processes with a focus on value-based impacts or outcomes.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data management sales, with knowledge of relevant sales methodologies and a solid track record.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
