This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee communications with team members concerning initial and ongoing information and status updates.
• Support the Client Services team in fostering the development of new business initiatives, pinpointing opportunities for organic growth within your designated account.
• Organize pitch presentations and requests for proposals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects within the client account.
• Execute projects to enhance and guarantee the success and profitability of your client's deliverables.
• Aid client services' initiatives by managing projects, collaborating with the Project Management team to create timelines, communicate milestones, and identify potential red flags in projects.
• Oversee the daily operations of a project by managing project scope, addressing scope changes, and navigating potential project obstacles, in line with timelines and budgets.
• Organize and engage in content planning meetings with key content specialists.
• Maintain daily client communication, prepare client contact reports, and summarize subsequent steps.
• Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process to ensure promotional materials comply with medical, regulatory, and legal standards. Contribute to the development of client proposals, budgets, and reconciliations while monitoring budget adherence, including direct and labor costs, and checking for out-of-scope items and hours.
• Assist in the preparation of financial and forecasting reports.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical agency is mandatory, with a minimum of 2 years of combined experience in Accounts and Project Management.
• Background in direct client interaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel (up to 5% expected).
