This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives across both acute and non-acute sectors.
• Discover and pursue new business prospects within hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, both clinical and non-clinical.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs to enhance contracting efforts with health systems and hospitals.
• Develop hospital contract implementation strategies.
• Conduct presentations, provide value-based solutions, and negotiate to finalize deals.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using CRM tools.
• Foster collaborative and consultative relationships with the Hanger Clinic team, including Area Directors, Group Practice Leaders, and administrative leaders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
• Create and conduct business reviews with hospitals in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
• Facilitate connections between Hanger clinicians and referral partners through Hanger programs, in-services, CEs, trade shows, and community events.
• Assist the Health System Team in securing partnerships with target accounts by developing key relationships and supporting both clinical and non-clinical champions.
• Collaborate with group purchasing organizations and representatives to deliver solutions that address health system challenges while providing value under the GPO agreement.
• Formulate and implement strategies to add value for referral partners by leveraging the Hanger Clinic's value proposition across all products and services.
• Collaborate in health system management (QBRs) with key stakeholders from Hanger Clinic.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and problem resolution.
• Analyze data, sales metrics, and KPIs to pinpoint areas in need of improvement.
• Coach, mentor, and support a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• May oversee 2-3 direct reports of BDM I, II, III, including regular one-on-one sessions to provide feedback, training, and alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Share best practices, sales techniques, and market insights to enhance team performance.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and an understanding of the overall healthcare ecosystem.
• Translate corporate sales objectives into actionable plans for the team.
• Support the onboarding and training of new hires.
• BA/BS in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years managing and developing a sales team.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in both acute and non-acute markets.
• A valid passenger vehicle driver’s license is required.
• Travel is required.
