This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take ownership of a designated enterprise territory and achieve an annual quota by balancing efforts between new logo acquisition and account growth.
• Construct, oversee, and implement a strong pipeline of intricate enterprise transactions from initial prospecting to final closure.
• Engage with large enterprise organizations, interact with C-level and VP-level decision-makers, and conduct structured, value-driven sales cycles.
• Create compelling business cases that link Cohesity’s AI-driven data security platform to customer outcomes related to security, resilience, compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with sales engineers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to execute unified account strategies.
• Ensure precise forecasting, territory plans, and pipeline management within Salesforce.
• Utilize AI and productivity tools to streamline workflows, enhance deal quality, and facilitate data-informed decision-making.
• Proven experience in selling to and collaborating with Information Security / Cybersecurity teams.
• Significant success in a quota-carrying, customer-facing enterprise sales role focused on complex technology solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in selling to healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders and intricate sales cycles.
• Knowledge of data security architectures, ransomware resilience, and the competitive landscape.
• Familiarity with Cohesity solutions (DataProtect, DataHawk, SmartFiles) is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in NetBackup, Backup Exec, and InfoScale, including immutable storage, hardened media servers, ACL-based controls, and encryption.
• Strong history of negotiating and finalizing high-value enterprise contracts.
• Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the capability to clearly convey technical and business value.
• Experience collaborating with channel partners and cross-functional deal teams.
• Willingness to travel as necessary within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
