This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of enterprise accounts within the Technology, Cloud, and Digital Services sectors.
• Take ownership of the commercial relationship with current customers, acting as the main point of contact for renewals and account development.
• Enhance customer retention by managing the complete renewal process and ensuring clients achieve long-term success.
• Identify and secure upsell and cross-sell opportunities by promoting the adoption of YipitData's products among existing accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with executive stakeholders, budget holders, and key decision-makers to comprehend shifting business priorities.
• Discover new buying centers and broaden YipitData's presence within enterprise clients.
• Collaborate closely with Client Strategy, Solutions, and Product teams to provide outstanding customer experiences and maximize product value.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships by assisting clients in addressing critical business questions using YipitData's data and insights.
• Formulate strategic account plans that pinpoint growth opportunities, reduce renewal risks, and enhance customer lifetime value.
• Keep an accurate sales pipeline and forecast while managing account activities in the CRM.
• Represent the voice of the customer by relaying market feedback and client insights to internal stakeholders to shape product and go-to-market strategies.
• Consistently meet or surpass renewal, expansion, and revenue growth objectives.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in subscription and/or data sales targeting large Enterprise software, cloud, AI, and technology firms.
• Proficient in managing the complete lifecycle of a client relationship, from onboarding and quarterly business reviews to renewal and upselling.
• Experienced in selling to large enterprises, negotiating contracts with complex procurement teams, and engaging with senior executives across various business functions such as strategy, sales, marketing, and data/insights.
• Proven experience in managing a book of business or selling a new complex product or service.
• Demonstrated track record of not only achieving but surpassing sales targets. This role carries a quota.
