This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle for accounts with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) ranging from 18K to 25K USD.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate a robust pipeline of new clients while also expanding business within current accounts.
• Facilitate consultative, value-oriented sales discussions with VP and C-level executives.
• Develop and implement territory strategies to systematically uncover new opportunities.
• Work collaboratively across departments with Solutions Consultants and Marketing to enhance the pipeline.
• Accurately project and oversee deals through disciplined management of the pipeline.
• Regularly achieve or surpass sales quotas and performance objectives.
• 7-8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Executive positions within SaaS, Software, or Technology Services, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new logos.
• 2+ years of practical experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and generating pipelines.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing accounts in the EMEA regions.
• Proficient understanding of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, or Consultative Selling.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing annual quotas in the $500K–$700K range (new business).
• Consistent overachievement, membership in President’s Club, or recognition as a Top Performer is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, discovery, and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to build relationships, engage CXO-level stakeholders, and manage complex deal cycles.
